Work Christmas party. they failed to inform us there would be no dinner...just free drinks all night....

in the spirit of the web address I thought i'd mention that I'm in Copenhagen! visiting with my friend Michelle who lives out here with her Danish man Lasse.

Last night we had a serious love fest with some Domino's and a little Rudolph the red nose 'most socially relevant movie ever' reindeer.

I fly home on Wednesday straight to my work xmas party. which is kinda the biggest trip ever, since it feels like last years was both yesterday and a lifetime ago.

dog years.

Things in Vienna are heating up- by which I mean getting cold. But the lights are up and the glühwein is flowing.

I'm pretty pumped to get the most of Christmas time in Wien before jumping on another plane home home.

The Hills are alive

Mummy Lee is coming back into town. Went out to spend some time with her and my family in Lienz last week. I also got to meet my Cousin Adrian for the first time and his lovely wife Rosie.

run run run

So last night I ran the Vienna night run, 5 k around the ring. It was beautiful, amazing and likely something I'll never do again!
well after the half marathon in April... which is 4 and a bit of last night so training shoes here I come.

if anyone has a bit of spare motivation that they could send that'd be great....

Today is a great day

I was talking to a friend the other day about this amazing woman I know, how inspiring she is, and how much I look up to her. How lucky I am to know her, how much I miss her and can't wait for some Christmas time love.

It just so happens that this woman has reason to celebrate today.
